Al and Dennis, Malaysia This was my first trip to Phuket, so there were many uncertainties. I booked and paid for my room online. I also asked for an Airport pickup. Connect confirmed my bookings as well as arranged for my pick-up with no problems. Most importantly, my flight was delayed but upon exit from the Arrivals terminal, there was "Chai" our airport pickup. No complaints, just a smooth ride to Paradise Complex. The room was cozy and clean. Connect is so centrally located that we did not have to go far to visit and enjoy Patong. We spent the day at the beach and the evening at the many pubs around Connect. All I can say is that Connect is fantastic - both Dennis and I hope to return soon! AL |
